The following tables show the dates for all 2008 course and the respective members' discounted fees.

Spring and Autumn Season Courses 1, 2, 3, 4, 29,30, 31, 32 and 33 are priced differently to other courses. These courses carry a fixed charge per day to cover instruction and ground school, lectures and use of facilities. Additionally you pay only for the flying that you do at half the standard club rates, up to a maximum charge per day of £20, averaged over the week. After that all flying is free.

Summer Season Courses offer a guarantee against inclement weather reducing your flying time, making up the minimum hours at a later time. Ask at the office for details

A discount of 20% on all the published prices applies to paid up Full, Country and Overseas flying members only ( 25% if under 21) plus 10% discount for booking and paying early plus 30% discount for a second course booked in same season..

Early booking discounts of 10% are also available on the fixed course fee element only on all courses if courses are booked and paid for more than 28 days before the first day of the course. Temporary members are only eligible for non member discounts.

Second Courses booked in the same season are discounted by 10% for non-members and 30% for members. Ask the office for details.

Young members under the age of 21 or under 25 and still in full time education are entitled to 50% discount on all charges. fixed and flying.

MGC reserves the right to change dates and prices if circumstances demand

Courses are for beginners and established pilots at any level. Courses can be customised to suit your particular needs. All courses include ground school and lectures when flying is not possible.

Cross Country training will be available on all course for pilots with Bronze or Silver badges, weather permitting

Flights in the DG505 carry an additional cost over and above the flying costs included in normal course fees. (Ask in the office for details).
